A simple, effective way of keeping a local copy of your delicious bookmarks into Safari. Choose to store them in either Bookmarks, Bookmarks Bar, or Bookmarks menu.
This is really an external application, not a plugin, but its so quick and effective I had to include it. Once set up with your login details and choice of bookmark location, you can just launch, and then press enter twice to update your bookmarks and quit the application. I love it.
